Curriculum
LAS utilizes the AERO curriculum, a common core curriculum from the US. Embedded into AERO are Scopes & Scales for the implementation of curriculum standards and objectives. Our teachers follow these Scopes & Scales, along with Biblical Integration components laid out by the Curriculum and Academic Committees.
Ongoing analysis is being conducted by the Curriculum and Academic Committees to ensure the progress of students using the current implementation plan, as well as the alignment of the curriculum with assessment test materials and scopes.

Course Selection
Some courses are selected based on student interest. These courses are Foreign Language, Electives, and PE. Math and Language Arts courses are assigned to students based on a variety of factors including grade level, skill level, previous course completion, and future field of study.
